Bread Maker
OK - I am not a cook at all. But with the start of the new year I kinda feel like it. It is really odd.
Well - because of my interest in cooking I decided to break out my bread machine. In November I was at a friend’s house and she made hot pretzels with her bread maker. It was really easy so I asked my mom if I could borrow her bread machine.
It was sitting in my basement for 2 months.
So in January we broke it out and made hot pretzels…TWICE! They were great. I decided that they were easy enough so I would try and make more stuff. Since then I have made:
White Bread - 3 times
English muffins
Pizza Dough - 2 times
Onion Rolls - I am making now (smells great!)
What new things have you tried to do so far this year?
