Did We Forget Yoga?

Yoga has been something that I really enjoy.  Relaxing and calming while being so good for my muscles.  I have been pretty good at practicing my own yoga 2-3 days per week.  But I only get 15 minutes per time.  I really would like to do more – every day would be great.   I find that it’s a lot easier in the winter, but we will see.

I was reminded of all of this by my 4 year old tonight.  He said, “mom, you wanna do yoga?”  He probably wanted to get out of going to bed – but we had a great time last winter.  I will have to start again soon!
