Concentrate and Breathe
Jenny Rough over at the Wasa Blog talked about Drishti.
It’s about finding a spot on the ground in front of you, cencentrating on it so that you are more focused, so that your balance is better.
It works!
Why?
Not only are you conceentrating on something stationery, and are not seeing anything else around you, your mind is clear and only focused on the task at hand. Ever noticed how sometimes you just stare off into space and you can’t see or hear anything around you? At those times your mind is really focused - it’s kind of like you are dreaming.
The ideas and thoughts are just COMNG to you - and you don’t even realize it.
So the next time that you have a question, or need an idea…![]()
STOP
SIT TALL
STARE (at a spot on the floor)
RELAX
After this you will feel relaxed and more focused.
