CompanionLink For Blackberry
I have had my Blackberry for about 9 months now. I really got used to it and I love it now. You see - I finally have figured out how to synch my ACT! with the phone so ALL of my contacts, to-do lists etc. are available all the times.
Now I had all of this working 9 months ago - but never that great. It took me 4+ hours to get everything working - though it was never great.
Then my phone broke.
It would not even turn on!
Blackberry was great and replaced the phone asap for me. But when I got the new phone I also had to reinstall the CampionLink software to get ACT! to synch. I did that - only to reallize that they had a new version I had to use. So I installed the upgrade - but I needed an activation key. And so it went for 2 hours. Instead of givving up the phone I wennt to bed.
The next day I called CompanionLink to try one last time. I spoke with Julie. In a matter of 15 minutes she had everything working better than it ever had!!!
All I can say is that Julie is the best! Very knowledgeable and kind! What a great early Christmas present for me!!
