Constant Contact

I was talking to a client today that has a lot of email blasts that they need to send out for their organization.

They send them all through outlook, typing in text, sending an attachment, or copying the text from word and pasting it into Outlook. ewwwww.

This could be problematic for them in the future. So I pointed them in another direction. Constant Contact. It’s an email program that I have been using for a while to send many different kinds off emails, e-newsletters etc. It has all kinds of statistics, ways for you to import data, many different templates that you can choose from, or the capability of adding your own template.

It works very smoothly and with the capability of sending html emails and text only emails I can contact everyone on my list.

You can even have users opt-in and opt-out! How great is that.

Check it out – it is only $15/month for up to 500 contacts.
