Talking To… or Talking with…?

I like Twitter. I think it’s a fun place to be and see what other’s are up to.
What I don’t like is that everyone seems to be talking. No one is listening. And I don’t see many conversations. I like to talk with people. You get to know that better and build a relationship.
What are your thoughts?
