Don’t asume anything about your web design and what you are getting. Always go off the spec, contract etc. I realize that web design can be a difficult industry for those of you who do not understand it. But not everything is included…
So double check if serach engine registration and optimization is included. Double check about writing. Double check about images. Just be careful - it can be a lot of money and you want to make sure about what you are getting.

It always amazes me when someone pays to have a Web site designed and created, and it’s pretty, but the SEO is soooo bad that the Search Engines can’t even spider the pages.
So it’s looks great, but none of the content except the main page even get indexed by the search engines!
